Jamie Switch has operated under strong values aimed at exceeding client needs. His communication channels are always open—the relationship with his clients begins on the first day of contact, and only ends once they’re fully satisfied with the work.
After several years of contracting, Jamie began investing in real estate in 2013, renovating and selling his own properties in the Greater Vancouver area, completing thirteen projects over the course of four years. In 2018, he relocated to Mexico to continue the same investment strategy, helping restore several condos just north of Puerto Vallarta. He recently moved to Vancouver Island in October of 2023, and now calls the Comox Valley home. Jamie is excited to be a part of this wonderful community, and to lend a hand wherever it's needed.
